RESERVATIONS / CONFIRMATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
Please note that for security purposes you are required to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
Check-In is at 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out is at 11:00 a.m.
Reservations will be confirmed upon charging the room rate for the duration of the stay. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE, with an option to reschedule thereafter based on availability.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date during Christmas and New Year’s, and other major holidays, as well as in case of a rental of 3 or more rooms at any time of the year, are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations policies apply in cases due to any circumstances (including weather, flight delays or cancellation, sickness, etc.).
Guests departing early due to any circumstance will be charged the entire amount of the original reservation.
As we are a small property, we are not able to make exceptions to the cancellation policies and we strongly urge our guests to purchase a travel insurance that will take care of any unforeseen occurrences.
FULL GUEST HOUSE
Entire 28 Kothi is available for up to 12 guests, with a minimum 3-day booking. Please inquire for rate and reservations at reservation@28kothi.com.
Full hotel rentals are refundable for up to 30 days prior to the reservation. Guests will be charged the full amount thereafter.
GENERAL POLICIES
Maximum room occupancy: Only 2 guests per room are allowed. Extra beds are available on request.
To maintain our guest’s privacy, only registered guests are permitted on the premises, unless prior arrangements are made with the management and a proper I.D. is submitted.
Master Card, Visa, Amex and debit cards are accepted for payment.
Any damages to the rooms will be promptly assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card at the discretion of the management.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
